STAFFING
Our staff have been through our strict Safer Recruitment process upon appointment to the team. We pride ourselves on our area of expertise and hold Level 2/ 3 NVQ/ QCFs at a minimum. Staff participate in regular safeguarding training to keep up to date with standards required for supporting young people in care.
We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and motivated individuals to join the new team. We work with young people and families and have comprehensive experience in providing specialist, welfare and educational based support, interventions and guidance to young care leavers and young people into their independence.
