As a Senior Support Worker at Oasis Home Services, you will lead a dedicated team in providing high-quality, trauma-informed care for young people aged 16+. Your role is critical in maintaining the stability of our placements and ensuring robust safeguarding practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of support workers during shifts.
- Oversee daily safeguarding protocols and risk management plans.
- Act as a key point of contact for Social Workers and Local Authorities.
- Ensure all documentation and daily logs meet Ofsted regulatory standards.
