Safe, structured supported accommodation for young people aged 16+ across London and the South East. We work directly with Local Authorities, social workers, and leaving care teams to ensure every placement is right for the young person.

Referral Information

Oasis Home Services welcomes referrals from:

  • Local authorities
  • Social workers
  • Leaving care teams
  • Multi-agency professionals

We work collaboratively with referring professionals to ensure placements are appropriate and supportive for each young person.

Referral Criteria

We support young people who:

  • Are aged 16 and above
  • Require supported accommodation rather than residential care
  • Are able to engage with support and independence planning
  • Are transitioning from care or supported environments
