Our Services

Specialist Support for Young People Aged 16–18

Oasis Home Services has developed a specialist supported accommodation model that bridges the gap between high-risk placements and fully independent living. Support at Oasis is delivered by a team of qualified and experienced professionals, including youth practitioners, education and employment specialists, therapeutic-informed practitioners, and trained support staff. Together, they provide a coordinated approach that focuses on stability, emotional wellbeing, and long-term success.

This integrated framework enables us to respond effectively to the diverse needs of young people while maintaining a clear pathway towards independence.
