This role is essential for maintaining the safety and consistency of our 16+ supported accommodation during staff holidays, training, or increased support needs. You will provide high-quality cover while ensuring our safeguarding-led practice remains seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
- Flexible Support: Provide cover for day, night, or weekend shifts as required across our different locations.
- Continuity of Care: Follow established individualised support plans and risk assessments for each resident to ensure no disruption in their progress.
- Safety & Security: Maintain a safe environment by following 24/7 on-call management and escalation protocols.
- Engagement: Assist young people with daily routines, emotional wellbeing, and life-skills development during your shift.
- Professional Reporting: Complete accurate daily logs and incident reports to maintain our high governance standards.
